What we collect

This site collects anonymous, aggregate analytics (page views, referrers, country, and browser type) to understand what people read. No cookies are set for analytics, no cross-site tracking, and no advertising identifiers.

If you email us at cap@gnosislabs.tech, we keep your email and what you wrote so we can reply and keep context for the conversation.

Contact form. Submitting the contact form stores what you entered (name, email, message) so a person can reply. Submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving human check that runs only on pages with a form.

Subscriptions. Subscribing to Field Notes stores your email as an unconfirmed request; it becomes a subscription only after you click the confirmation link we send. Reply to any issue to unsubscribe, and we delete the record.

Interaction counts. We count a handful of actions on our own site: email, call, booking, proof, contact-form success, and subscription-request success. Each event stores the action, public page path, broad page surface, outcome, and timestamp. It never stores a query string, form value, user identifier, or cookie. Events expire automatically within 90 days.

Contact and subscription records are kept while the conversation or subscription is live; ask at any time and we delete yours. In every case you gave us the information directly; we never buy, scrape, or enrich it.

Analytics

Analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement service. It reports aggregate page performance and visit counts; it does not build personal profiles, and we set no analytics cookies.

Booking

Booking. Scheduling runs on Cal.com. When you book a session, the details you enter (name, email, and anything you add to the booking form) are processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and delivered to us to prepare for the call. Booking only loads if you click the booking button; visiting this site alone sends nothing to Cal.com.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. We don't run ad networks. We don't enrich your contact details from third-party sources.

Client work

Material shared with us during an engagement is treated as confidential by default and governed by the engagement agreement, which supersedes this page.
